Week 3: Market Research & Lean Validation

Week 4: Financial & Legal Basics

    • Platform models, subscription models, B2B vs B2C

    • Disruptive innovation frameworks (Clayton Christensen)

    Evolve your business model with scalable innovation and pricing strategies.


Week 8: Go-to-Market Strategy & Product Development

  • Topics:

    • Launch plans and GTM roadmaps

Week 9: Fundraising & Investor Relations

Phase 3: Capstone & Industry Exposure (Weeks 13–16)

Weeks 13–14: Capstone Planning & Prototyping

    • Finalize business model, value prop, and target market

    • Design and develop MVP or prototype

    • Assemble investor-ready pitch deck and branding assets

  • Outcome:
    Complete a functional MVP and business plan, aligned with investor expectations.


Weeks 15–16: Demo Day Prep & Industry Presentation

  • Activities:

    • Mentorship sessions with founders and VCs

    • Pitch deck reviews, storytelling coaching, and demo polishing

    • Final pitch to a panel of investors and industry professionals

  • Outcome:
    Present a complete business concept with a clear path to execution, growth, and investment.
